Toastmasters Junior 2022
This project is bringing the art of public speaking to local youth. We are Partnering with Federal Toastmasters #2287 and local businesses to bring this program at no cost to the participants.
About
This project got our attention because of the gift it gives to young people. The gift of Communication.
Being able to effectively convey an idea is a skill that will help these kids throughout their entire life; from getting into college, to getting a job to toasting at a special event.
In this small group environment, we are using the globally recognized platform provided by Toastmasters International to help kids both write and present a speech.
This is an 8-week program and at the end, the kids will present their speech at a banquet.
